The goal is not to bring you to a blissful calm and happy ever after Instagram-like limbo state, looking radiant. That would be impossible (not the radiant part - we will work on that). This is not therapy - this is resources building education and support rooted in science and experience. All our practices are also trauma-sensitive so I can reinforce your safety.
What we will do together is sow and grow new mental and emotional habits, develop new skills to support you along the way. To make you feel more in control in your life - with kids and adults alike (happier however YOU define it).
