We'll not be digging in the pains of your past - you've got yourself, and you know what you need in this department.This course is not a therapy (even though it might be therapeutic.) Its's resource-building education and support, rooted in science and experience. All our practices are also trauma-sensitive, so we can reinforce your safety.
What we will do together is sow and grow new mental and emotional habits, develop new skills to support you along the way. To make you feel more in control in your life - with kids and adults alike (happier, however YOU define it).
